Monthly Practice Evening
Open to anyone who would who has learned some mindfulness , this is a follow on session to practice with others and develop your skills further.

We all get in tangle with this at some point and it can be helpful to have someone to help you navigate applying mindfulness to being human.
Supervision if you are a mindfulness trainer requiring supervision, I offer supervision sessions in person or by phone/online.
I am a trained (Mindfulness Network) Mindfulness Supervisor (and on the BAMBA register as a mindfulness trainer).
